Scottsdale Building Cleaning Co has served property managers, building engineers, and REIT asset managers across the Scottsdale area for 22 years. Our work is in the spaces tenants share — lobbies, elevator corridors, building restrooms, and common areas — where appearance directly affects lease renewals and inspection results.

We do not clean homes. We do not operate as a franchise. The crews who service your building are the same crews who serviced it last month, which matters in multi-tenant work: a building’s cleaning idiosyncrasies — which elevator door seal collects grit, which restroom floor drain backs up after rain — are learned over visits, not discovered fresh each time.

What We Do and Don’t Claim

We carry general liability insurance and maintain workers’ compensation on all crew members. A certificate of insurance is included with every written quote. We do not publish staff counts, client rosters, or service volumes. What we do publish is a written scope of work before the first visit so you know exactly what is being cleaned and how often.

The Scottsdale Market We Serve

Greater Scottsdale’s commercial property market concentrates along three corridors: the Loop 101 office park belt from Scottsdale Airpark south to the 202; the Shea/McCormick medical office cluster near Scottsdale Healthcare Osborn; and Old Town and Kierland mixed-use retail with shared entry and restroom requirements more intensive than standard office cleaning.

Each corridor has different seasonal pressures. The Airpark’s industrial and tech tenants generate particulate that standard office chemicals don’t lift cleanly. Medical office requires documented disinfection protocols and EPA-registered products. Old Town retail faces the highest foot-traffic peaks of any property type — a Friday evening event can see lobby cleaning volume equating to three weeks of normal office traffic.
