What a Multi-Tenant Restroom Program Includes
Shared restrooms in a multi-tenant commercial building are cleaned on a frequency that reflects the number of users, not just the number of visits the cleaning contract specifies. A restroom serving four professional service suites has different usage patterns than one serving a ground-floor medical practice and two insurance offices — and the same nightly cleaning schedule will underperform in one and overperform in the other.
Our restroom programs are scoped to the building’s actual user load. Standard program includes:
- Toilets and urinals: full bowl cleaning and disinfection, seat top and bottom, exterior including base
- Sinks: bowl, faucet, and surrounding counter surface
- Mirrors and glass
- Floor: sweep and wet mop with disinfectant chemistry
- Supply restocking: paper towels, toilet tissue, hand soap — tracked per visit
- Waste removal and liner replacement
- Partition wipe-down
Medical-Grade Restroom Cleaning
Buildings with healthcare tenants require EPA-registered disinfectants and documented cleaning protocols. Our medical restroom protocol uses products listed on the EPA’s List N and includes a completed cleaning log left in the restroom after each visit — the documentation a practice manager or compliance officer needs for licensing inspections.
Scottsdale’s Shea and McCormick medical office corridors have a high proportion of mixed-use buildings where a dental or medical practice shares a building with standard office tenants. We scope and price the medical protocol separately for those floors — you are not paying medical-grade rates for the title company on the second floor that shares a standard office restroom.
Supply Management
We track supply levels on each visit and notify the building manager when quantities will not last to the next scheduled service. We do not provide supplies ourselves — we track and report on supplies you purchase. Supply procurement can be scoped separately if needed.
